Built the complete HR tool infrastructure in a cooperation with various suppliers.
Managed globally run Performance Management processes as well as supported Compensation activities.
Participated in grading activities & LTI coordination.
Implemented global employee survey with a support of German scientific research institute.
Shaped global internal talent programs.
Utilized strong interpersonal and communications skills to serve internal customers such as Legal department or Finance department.
Delivered figures for Annual Compliance & Sustainability Report
Implemented a global CSR initiative with an active role of community in South America; known as Social Engagement Award.
